Campaign Name: School Hamper Campaign
The Campaign is open only to eligible customers on the Furaha platform with an approved and active School Fees Loan limit.
To qualify for the Reward, a customer must successfully use their existing loan limit to pay school fees for more than one child during the Campaign Period.
Customers must be residents of Uganda and at least 18 years old.
Employees of Furaha Finserve Uganda Limited, partner financial institutions, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
Eligible customers shall use their available Furaha School Fees Loan limit to make school fees payments for more than one child.
Only successful and completed loan disbursements and school fees payments made during the Campaign Period shall qualify for the Reward.
No referrals, invitation submissions, or third party sign-ups are required to participate in this Campaign.
Customers who meet the qualification criteria shall be selected and rewarded in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
A Reward is earned when an Eligible Customer:
School Hamper rewards shall be issued as a shopping voucher to qualifying customers.
Rewards shall be sent via SMS and/or WhatsApp within 7 (seven) business days after successful verification of the qualifying transaction.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and valid only for the intended recipient.
All vouchers must be redeemed within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of issuance.
Each eligible customer may receive a maximum of 1 (one) Reward during the Campaign Period unless otherwise communicated by Furaha.
Furaha reserves the right to limit the number of Rewards issued under the Campaign.
Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
In the event of termination, all earned but undisbursed Rewards will be processed within 30 days, subject to eligibility verification.
Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection and Privacy Act Cap 97.
By accepting the terms and conditions and participating in this Campaign, you consent to:
Any tax liability arising from the receipt of Rewards is the sole responsibility of the Referrer.
Furaha accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from participation, except for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.
Furaha is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., network outages, natural disasters).
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda.
Any disputes shall first be handled through negotiations, failing which, the disputes shall be referred to the courts of Uganda.
Furaha Finserve Uganda Limited is a financial technology business which acts as a software-based intermediary platform. The company does not provide loans or credit directly, and does not operate a payment system, act as a payment service provider or issue a payment instrument.
